* For event management plans, please note: 1) All prices are in USD. 2) These plans are ideally available for active Derechoteca Plus or Teams clients. 3) Online registration, certificate issuing, and custom landing pages require Derechoteca Teams. 4) An Educational Google Meet account is included for a maximum of 10 days during the event, with the indicated capacities. 5) YouTube live streaming is optional and depends on the client's technical conditions. 6) Services like additional speakers, certificates for speakers and attendees, Facebook ads, multistreaming, digital event book, and presenter are available as extra services. 7) The use of the assigned Google Meet account must be managed by the event organizer. 8) Mailings are sent via D-Mailings and to users loaded in D-CRM, max 5000 recipients per mailing; for larger limits, please consult via WhatsApp. 9) Social media posts are delivered by WhatsApp or email for the organizer to publish, we do not require access or credentials to your social accounts. 10) The maximum event duration within a 20-calendar-day period is 60 hours of recording in partial sessions or 50 GB of video storage, subject to availability and following Google Meet technical standards.
